A one-shot where no one knows what they’re playing! The player characters wake up in a dungeon with no memory of who they are or how they got there, and must find their way through a long-abandoned keep to find out who took their sweet, tasty memories. Meant to be accessible for newbies and experienced players alike.
Sweet Memories introduction text
Sweet Memories is an original one-shot adventure for Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition. It is designed for 4-5 5th level players and takes 4-6 hours to play, and includes 2-3 combat encounters and 1-2 puzzles, with options to add or remove encounters at the GM’s discretion. Sweet Memories is unique in that each player starts with a blank character sheet, that they then fill out as they attempt actions and are told their modifiers or are otherwise given hints to their abilities by the DM.
I created Sweet Memories myself, including writing the story and flavor text, designing the puzzles and dungeon map, and placing and balancing combat encounters. I’ve ran it many times for players of many backgrounds (including those who have never played D&D to those with years of experience) and have gotten positive feedback in every session. If you are interested in seeing the notes for Sweet Memories or running it yourself, feel free to ask me through the Contact page.
